Today marks the launch of LiveHive, a cloud based program that enables anyone to seamlessly collect, organize, share and discuss their work from anywhere at anytime. LiveHive can be accessed via your web browser, tablet or smartphone, making it easier to stay connected to the right people regardless of location. This app allows you to create visual and social workspaces with any type of file or document. You can upload Google documents, desktop documents, webpages, videos, audio files and more, and even have team conversations while the various files are open. One of the many great aspects of LiveHive is the activity stream, which allows anyone with access to the given workspace to join a conversation in order to add posts or feedback about an item, as well as track back to view notes from the past that remain in the workspace. The activity stream offers a simple way to tap into a conversation without having to scan through disconnected emails. Additionally, the LiveHive browser add-on allows users to capture content whenever inspiration strikes and items can be collected through drag and drop, webpage capture or linking. Anyone who signs up for LiveHive receives three workspaces with up to 300 items free for life. LiveHive also offers three pricing plans. The personal plan allows up to 400 workspaces for $8.95 per user per month, the Business Pro offers up to 500 workspaces and administrative controls for $9.95 per user per month, and the Business Max offers an unlimited amount of workspaces and administrative controls for $15.95 per user per month. You can make a free LiveHive account here. Check out more information on the app at the LiveHive website: http://livehiveapp.com/ Today we are on our way to Austin, Texas to attend GDGT at SXSW.
